Financial Assistance: Scholarship funding

The deadline for applications of financial support is 31 March 2023.

Financial support is available in the form of scholarship funding for a limited number of individuals. In order to be eligible for financial support, you MUST be a practitioner or professional (not a student or academic researcher) working in the UK in the public or third sector in an area relevant prevention of non-communicable diseases related to alcohol policy. Eligibility for these scholarships was set out in the SPECTRUM funding bid hence these limitations.

If you meet the criteria and wish to apply for financial support, please respond ‘Yes’ to the first question below and complete the additional questions.

Applications will be prioritised based on the applicant’s need and the extent to which the applicant’s attendance may be able to further the aims and objectives of the SPECTRUM Consortium (see www.spectrum.ac.uk). Recipients will be expected to support future SPECTRUM communications about their participation and learning from the workshop – for example, by preparing a short blog, or a video clip or other report.

Applicants for financial support will be informed of the outcome of their application within a week of the application deadline. All decisions are final and at the discretion of the organisers.
